Send Salesforce Campaign Members to MailChimp for Email Marketing

After successfully installation and configuration of MailChimp for Salesforce app. Please follow the steps to add Campaign Members to the MailChimp List directly from the Salesforce to MailChimp for Email Marketing. Go to “Member Queries” and click on “New Query” button Now select “Campaign Members” checkbox and click on the lookup for particular Campaign’s Members A preview page shows of campaign members records You can give “Name” to your query and schedule it also. And click on “Save and Run” button Now you can see that the Query with the name you give in the above step is scheduled and its status is “In Progress” After some time refresh the page until “Success” status appeared Now go to your MailChimp account and click on your List under “Lists” tab, you can find your Campaign Members Now you have the salesforce’s campaign members in MailChimp, go and build some unique email templates and start marketing to enhance your business. For Email Marketing you have to add Salesforce Contacts directly into the MailChimp. So follow the steps to configure MailChimp for Salesforce and get the contacts into MailChimp Campaign list directly from Salesforce: Signup for MailChimp by going on https://login.mailchimp.com/signup/ Login to your MailChimp account Click on “Lists” option Now click on “Create List” button for adding new list The section below the button expands that again displays the “Create List” button. Follow the below steps for installing and configuring MailChimp for Salesforce and use for Email Marketing: 1. Firstly, Signup for MailChimp by going on https://login.mailchimp.com/signup/ And then go to the below URL and select “Get It Now” for installing MailChimp app in Salesforce https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N3000000B3byfEAB 2. Select the Org where you want to install the app 3. Select the checkbox for accepting “Terms and Condition” and proceed with “Confirm and Install” button 4. Now I am going to show, how to use G-Connector for getting salesforce record just simple as we can do it in our salesforce query editor to see the records.
